I have had terrible experiences with him. I live in an income based apt building and he does snow removal. Horribly. He wont come till the snow stops even if its a couple days. We r on our own till then. I did sidewalks all winter because if you dont stay on it the ice builds up AND because they just left it till they come for rest of lot. Wed have to fight to walk out door and to our cars walking in snow up to our knees many times. I did it for all of us tenants especially the older ones. Someone must have said something about me doing work he gets paid for and he came and offered me $15 a snow. Made me so mad I wont shovel now. Actually I just missed one snow, I cant leave it just because he a jerk, what if one of tenants needs ambulance? There are old and handicapped people here. Which is why he does our stuff so wreckless. He knows we have no recourse so he doesnt care. He has torn up tons of the lawn with plow blades, we have these posts for each car that you can plug into and he has rammed into them wrecking all but one with his skid loader. The yard is wrecked and even one of the neighbors lawns got a big patch tore up and that homeowner is furious. To top it all off he wont clear lot till done snowing so the lot so full of huge drifts but if once he finally shows if u dont move your car for them immediately THEY TOW YOUR CAR!!! Its insane. He also contracts the cleaning of our dryer vents and we end up spending $4 a load just to dry. If he doing his job and it cleaned out u can dry in one load. Remember this is low income handicapped people, cant all get to laundry Mat and shouldnt have to. But there again he has no problem screwing us over, if he were a conscientious contractor he would work harder to clear our lot and sidewalks because of the older ones and an ambulance coming here actually happens quite a bit. With dryer he should care it costs us triple to dry if vents arent clean. This is first time I have ever put a bad review on anyone but I just think this shows an unacceptable lack of character
