After 1 hour waiting at 1:35am... The old driver they sent came paralyzed and hands were shaking, he couldn’t move his right hand even, he said he couldn’t tow and can put locker on wheels only. I’ve called them to get me my spot(double spot, for 2 cars) but not just to earn money on it!!!! I understood this guy because I see he was disabled, so I called the company and asked to send another driver but the lady on the phone was very rude and and using inaccurate words warned me if I have called their business phone again she would have called police and they don’t care where I park at that time. The worst experience, don’t recommend to anybody.. I also know that other vehicles got strongly damaged during the towing by their other careless drivers!

Worse than disappointing. They are thieves. They towed my 25000 excavator from the side of the road when I was doing work for FEMA and Cajun Navy after the hurricane. I reside in La and left the hoe with folks continuing to help . No one told me it was towed. Anchor towing or my workers never called to let me know. I found out 2 weeks after they towed it... they told me it was going to auction the next day . The fines were $4970. I agreed to pay the fine but they would not give me a day to fly back with the cash fine to get my machine. They put it to auction at 7 am and said no one was there so it was their machine now. Ive had to file police reports, a civil lawsuit and hire an attorney to get my machine back . Pure greed. .. Very bad people.
