One year ago, we ordered countertops at FLP. Most of the counter is quartz, but we chose PaperStone for the kitchen island. The stone work is excellent, but the PaperStone is a disaster. First, FLP did not work the thickness to specs measured. Second, Fine Line Pacific refused to send a representative to correct the wrong order, which we have in writing and paid fully for. Second, the glue connection to the base plywood came lose and the countertop is somehow "curling" up. Almost all around, the glued-on edging has fallen off and left a very sharp edge. All over, Fine Line Pacific has refused to correct any of the damages. Summary: FLP is doing a fine job with stone, but cannot be trusted with PaperStone.
