Please do not live here. The people that work here are racist. If your a person of color I recommend living somewhere else. They will discriminate against you and single you out for outrageous accusations

Go somewhere else, anywhere. Live at home. Avoid. We are not students to them but the gullible. Read anything and everything they have you sign with patent, attorney, and priest nearby. They will kill your soul and send your finances to hell

Do NOT do business with these people. Avoid at all costs! They lie through their teeth to get you to sign a lease, and then stop caring immediately. The property and apartments are filthy and uninhabitable. There is trash everywhere and they don’t clean the apartments between tenants. They rushed to build the property so it was made really poorly. The appliances are cheap and defective. Maintenance will come around constantly without telling you in advance so you just have them barging in. There are obnoxiously loud drunk people everywhere, and security does nothing. There was vandalism on multiple occasions and security saw it, but didn’t stop it. You have to call the police just to handle simple problems. Management doesn’t care at all. And the parent company American Campus Communities does nothing either. They don’t even return phone calls and they do nothing to fix anything. The employees are college students and have no idea what they’re doing. They will literally screw up simple business operations. They’re rude and treat you like you’re stupid. They claim to be pet-free but there are barking dogs everywhere and they do nothing. They have so many tenants trying to sublet that they can’t even get them all done. Just look at their Facebook page; all of their posts are people trying to sublet. You’d be better off living in your car than here! Even a more expensive apartment is worth it because this place is so bad. (And I see they commented on another post trying to make it look like they care..don’t fall for it! I constantly told them about the problems and they ignored everything. They just don’t want to look bad.)

I am a mother of a University Edge Student. Avoid this place at all costs! They claim that the $30.00 dollar electricity cap is sufficient. My son has had an electricity bill between $40.00 and $90.00 extra each month. I budget his college costs and this extra money each month is a hardship. They keep the heat on 66 all winter and try to not use the air conditioning. It's very sad what they do. They are not helpful at all and always suggest a maintenance check to see if everything is o.k. The problem is this building was poorly made and put up very fast. The heat in the winter and the air in the summer gets sucked out of the paper thin walls. We were taken.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. The complex was rushed to be built over the course of one summer, needless to say, everything is cheap and not finished properly. The rent itself is overpriced and you always end up having to pay random "fees" out of nowhere, along with having to constantly pay your electricity bill (even though they claim you have a reasonable cap for your h it) AND is if that isn't inconvenient enough, they don't accept cash to pay these fees, only money orders which is an additional cost to even purchase. The management may be the most rude people I have ever met in my life. They do not care to get to know anyone or fix any problems. The only time I ever saw any of them even slightly smile was the day I signed my lease. There are people who already signed to live here again neat year before realizing how awful it is (since all employees will annoy you like crazy about renewing) that are desperately trying to sublet their apartment, even at discounted rates!! Stay AWAY! I suggest the province if you want to live somewhere nice.
