He has worked in the computer field for over 25 years as a programmer, systems analyst, consultant, trainer, teacher and DP Manager. Mr. Tomar has taught courses at the University of Maryland & Montgomery College. He is a recognized expert in IT support for government pension funds. In the past several years, he has been doing more and more international donor organizations such as USAID, The World Bank, The Asian Development Bank, etc. He also assists in obtaining reliable, secure and speedy access to the internet and custom software development range in sophistication from the extremely complex, with web database interaction to the simple stand-alone programs. Matching the client's needs with realistic, reliable, and easy to use software programs. Provide network support to keep the network up and running by establishing a set schedule with our clients or as needed.
