Rude Staff - 7 Employees in the Store + 1 customer when I arrived, 2 of the employees were within 5' when I walked through the door (1 female, 1 male). I started toward them to ask where to go for parts pickup, neither one would look up or acknowledge that I had walked in so I proceeded toward the back of the store. I waited in line behind the only customer. Some of the staff looked at me, but no one offered to help or even said hello. I felt very uncomfortable and unwanted. I won't return to this John Deere location. It's worth the drive away from this dealer to get good customer service.
