Stay far away from these apartments! I've lived in apartments for the majority of my 30 years, and I've never encountered anywhere nearly as bad as Stationside Apartments. The town-homes are designed in the worst way possible. The hallway leading up to the second floor is so small and poorly designed that most of my furniture wouldn't fit through the passageway at the top of the stairs. The walls and windows have virtually no insulation whatsoever. During the winter, even with the heater running constantly, it was impossible to keep the place at a comfortable temperature. My utility bills during the winter routinely soared above $200 per month. The people living in the apartments section of Stationside are as ghetto as they come. They are easily the loudest, trashiest, most obnoxious people I've ever had the misfortune to come across. They were constantly yelling, playing their terrible music at insane levels, letting their kids run wild all over the place. Don't live here!
