Told me I had to pay upfront before surgery for a specialty blade that would not be covered under insurance. Since surgery I discovered from my ins. company they cannot do this; supplies are included in the surgical procedure & paid at the negotiated rate agreed upon as an in-network provider. I should have only been charged for my deductible and/or coinsurance, they cannot pass along any additional charges to me per their contract. I was instructed that only the person in charge of billing can help me; no one else. I called 877-532-7772 for Stephanie as instructed & left multiple messages four days in a row with no response. My ins.company just got involved and they're calling too and leaving messages. I would not recommend this facility to anyone as their billing practices are suspect and they are evasive.
