Dropped my daughters iPod touch off in April to have a damaged screen fixed. It is now June 1 and it is still not done. We have received no calls, no emails and no other types of updates. I stopped in a week ago and it took the tech 5 to 7 minutes to even find it and then told me they haven't got to it yet. This is the definition of bed service and this will be the last time we do business with then.
