Our second time building with Harpe and we couldn’t of made a better choice! Phil helped us design our dream custom plans, Trish was amazing in the design center, and Jason was excellent at managing our project. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and our home.

Thank-you Harpe Development for building our beautiful new home!! Building for the first time was a little scary, but Dustin and his team took our fears away and built us our dream home. Coming from a house with only three bedrooms he created a home for us that had an open feel with 5 bedrooms. Dustin and his design team are great listeners and has always been there to answer questions for us. They are easy to get a hold of and always calls back in a timely fashion. Thank you to John for his help with all of our selections to make our home feel like home. I would and have recommend Harpe Development to family and friends. WE LOVE our new home and could not be happier!!!

What can I say the experience was great! This is the second home that I have built. The first one was in Arizona. My experience was night and day between the contractor in Arizona and Harpe Development. Everyone I dealt with at Harpe was top notch! The show room was awesome and dealing with Trish was spectacular! Karl my expediter was responsive every time I had a question. All the contractors used on my home were professional, courteous and the quality was great. I would definitely recommend Harpe Development to anyone.

Could not have asked for a better builder through this journey. Phil and Tricia have been nothing short of amazing! Phil was amazing to work with. Honest, quick to respond, and greatly valued his input. Tricia was definitely a Godsend to us and this house wouldn’t have been as beautiful without her input! She was so patient with me at the end especially when it was getting stressful! Special thanks to Jason for getting this completed on time! Everything was up front, no hidden costs, no hidden agendas. If we ever built again (let’s hope we don’t lol), I would honestly never build with anyone but Harpe. ❤️

I just wanted to say a quick thanks to entire Harpe team. Been in my house for a couple months now, and really enjoying it. When I started this process, I was warned by many that it's a stressful process building a house - not specific to Harpe, but in general. My experience was much the opposite. There wasn't a single part of this process that I didn't enjoy, not one, and that is the absolute truth. From the beginning when I was considering multiple builders and house plans, Phil was honest and transparent with me, as he's been the entire process. His ability to generate plans and his turn around time in making changes and tweaks to the plans was second to none. I love where my house ended up from the original plan as it feels very unique - and I've continued to receive comments on how cool the layout is.

My wife and I recently had a home built by Harpe and we could not be anymore happy!! So if you are new to the homebuilding experience or have been through it already and had a “Not so good experience”, you may want to continue to read on.
I complied a list of our experiences that Harpe exemplified throughout the homebuilding process.
• NO PRESSURE!! Relaxed atmosphere. Extremely easy to work with!!
• Willingness to sit down with us on the weekends and nights after normal business hours to answer all of our questions. Thank you Dustin!!
• Made suggestions on different financial institutions to use. We had somewhat unusual circumstances that required us to be a bit more creative with our financing. Thank you Dustin!!
• Gave us the freedom to choose ANY plan, whether it was a Harpe model or not, that would meet all of our needs. We chose a plan we found on the internet.
• Modified the plan we found to further customize it to our needs. Phil (Architectural Designer) was extremely easy to work with and had great suggestions to customize the plan. Thank you Phil!!
• Gave us many suggestions how to stay within our budget.
• Responsiveness in a VERY timely manner from EVERYONE!!
• From the dig, to move in, was right on projected time of completion!! (4 ½ months)
• Interior/Exterior selections process couldn’t have gone smoother. Angela was SO helpful in guiding us in our decisions. Thank you Angela!!
• Subcontractors- I was on the job site each and everyday talking with the subs. EVERYONE was very pleasant and accommodating and respectful to me being there and was happy to answer any questions I had.
• Jason (Project Mgr.) was incredible!! He kept us informed every step of the way and made sure things were completed according to plan. Thank you Jason!!
• ATTENTION TO DETAIL EXIBITED BY ALL!!
Dustin has created a GREAT team of people, from the ground up, who have made this experience stress free and seamless. My wife and I could not express our gratitude enough to EVERYONE at Harpe!! There is a lot that goes into deciding who you want building your home. Rest assured you will not go wrong should you decide to go with Harpe!!

I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. We ve been in our dream home nearly 2 weeks now and wake up every morning with a smile! Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!

Horrible Materials, Horrible Design, Never seem to finish anything on time, would not recommend.
