      General Info
      The Division of Community Corrections enhances public safety through the management and reduction of offender risk. It supervises offenders and provides investigative services to courts. The division provides cognitive and behavior intervention solutions. The Division of Community Corrections is a part of the Wisconsin Department of Corrections, which offers a range of victim services. The department operates a division of management services that provides training, risk management, budgeting, internal auditing, accounting, fiscal, purchasing, procurement, telecommunication and general support solutions. It maintains legal counsel and detention facility offices. The Wisconsin Department of Corrections also has a visual offender information center and adult institutions. The department administers community supervision and juvenile cognitive intervention programs.
