From the minute I called and spoke with the girl on the phone I had a wonderful experience. My new chain link fence looks great. The workers Alex and the other guy were friendly, professional and did exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend these people and will definitely use them again/

Had a fence installed by Fox a couple of years ago. Told the guy that came to give me an estimate what I wanted and even showed him a picture. For some reason unbeknownst to me, the installers didn't do what I wanted. I called Fox and complained, had to wait for someone else to call me back. I left it alone after that because I didn't feel like continuing with the back and forth.

Fast foward to yesterday (5/24/17). Huge tree fell on my fence and my neighbor's barb wire fence now leaving about a six foot wide entry point for my neighbor's farm animals to enter my yard. They are out of town so I call Fox, explain the situation, and ask if someone can come quickly to give an estimate or even come fix it that day. I was told that someone would give me a call back to see when they could come. No call back so I call again and leave an urgent message. I get a call the next day. He gave me a June 8th date. I have an obvious dilemma, which he didn't sympathize with at all or even care to realize that this was an emergency. There was no, "let me see if I can get someone to at least patch it up until we can get out there to fix it properly." It was, "that's all I can do for you." Smh. Completely disappointed by them again.

Terrible. I had a gate replaced by them a about 9 months ago. Now it is cracking and the post is coming out. They have yet to come out and fix it after they said they would. Also, the gentleman that installed the gate left a huge pile of dirt in our backyard and our side hose running for two days. After denying leaving the water running they were very prompt on giving me the bill.

9 months ago I had 100' of fence including a gate with a steel frame done in my front yard, I was promised a quality job done by professional people,

I have no experience in this type of men work, I thought they have done a very good work, until my ex husband came over and saw the fence, it was an awful work, the spaces between the fence were uneven the posts were not leveled, it looked like a zigzag, I called and send pictures to the sales representative who I did the deal with and a few days later the crew came back but they didn't fix everything just what they thought they needed to fix, the fence still looks uneven and now the gate is hanging on one side.

If you are a women and not sure of what you are getting, don't use Fox fence,

They took advantage of me " I let them" I've call them, but according to them I got what I paid for. :-(
