Castle Lake MHP is owned by a Canadian Jewish family of slumlords and they inflate water bills for residents and impose draconian 'fines' which they collect under threat of eviction. In Feb 2015 12 current and former park residents filed suit, asking for class status for the action and alleging the park engaged in Racketeering. The place is being sold, but there have been 7 dates set for the sale which never seems to happen. Details at: http://castlelakemhp.blogspot.com/

August 2014 It is being sold to Fuqua Development for a big retail center but the CL owners won't tell the residents and keep leasing trailers they know residents will have to move out of in just weeks. It is a terrible place, see: http://castlelakemhp.blogspot.com/

I lived at Castle Lake for sev...

I lived at Castle Lake for several years. I had to move because of work. It is a great place to live. It has very resaonable rents and good and fair managment. I enjoyed my time there and will go back if I move back to Kennesaw
