Located in Kenmore, Wash., Kenmore Junior High provides general academic and special education programs to students in grades five through nine. The school offers extracurricular activities that includes art, music, drama, dance and technical education. It provides Spanish as a foreign language. It also operates various sports and cultural clubs. Kenmore Junior High organizes a variety of sports activities, such as golf, volleyball, football, basketball, soccer, baseball and tennis. In addition, the school provides counseling, transportation and medical care. It operates a parent-teacher organization that conducts fundraising activities. Its facility features a library, gymnasium, cafeteria and computer laboratory. Kenmore Junior High is a part of the Northshore School District, which operates various elementary, middle and high schools.
