- Salem Rehabilitation Associates has been serving the community of the Salem and Keizer area for over 32 years. We strive for complete excellence in your care and rehabilitation services. All our physicians are board certified Medical Doctors in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation also known as Pysiatry. We will work with you to develop a complete individual program for your spine, musculoskeletal, neurological as well as arthritic conditions. As we continue to build our relationship with our community, we will also continue to improve our services and knowledge and most of all strive for excellence in our care to our current and future patients. Our services include the following: Work and Auto Injuries, Musculoskeletal Injuries/Conditions, Sprains, Strains and other Non-surgical Orthopedic Problems, Back Pain, Disc injuries, Arthritis, Muscle Spasms, etc., Spinal-cord injury, Traumatic Brain Injury, Strokes, Spasticity Management, Amputee Management, Ultrasound Guided Injections, Sports Medicine and so much more.
