My central air stopped working on a Sunday late afternoon. I called Absolute Comfort's phone number expecting to leave a message for someone to get on Monday morning. But to my surprise Gary answered the phone and told me he'd be over in 10 minutes.

I don't think I have EVER met such a caring businessman in my life!!!! Not only did he fix my unit but I have also signed a cooling and heating maintenance plan with him - that's how much I truly trust and like this man! If you are looking at this review - don't think twice .... call this number and hire this man - you will NOT be disappointed!!!

Highly recommend this company. During one of the hottest days of the season so far, anyone we called would not come to service our central air since it was a Friday after 3:00 pm. One company wanted to charge an extra $150 even though they were a couple of miles away. Finally found Absolute Comfort, and they fixed the problem even though they were ready to shut down for the day. Absolute Comfort's staff was professional and courteous and fixed the problem at a reasonable price.

Honest, reasonable, and reputable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great service and quick response while always being on time for appointments even during emergency situations, weather, etc. The fact that it is an owner supervised company is a major plus. Staff and laborers are professional, clean, and courteous. Always a great experience and I have used them at least a dozen times. Great service all the time, great advice and direction always given.
