Rear brake failed on my 2002 Cadillac Escalade EXT. Parking brake locked up...chewed up rotor...all. Bill's team (lead tech Eric) did their usual high quality work...same day service at a fair price. C.A.R.S was first introduced to by my son. When my vehicle's airconditioner broke, I first went to this other shop and quoted me $1400 including labor. I phoned my son and if perhaps he knew of a shop where I could go and compare the price. He suggested C.A.R.S. -there I went. CARS charged me $600 plus ONLY to fix the problem. Since then, I have been going to C.A.R.S. Their price is very reasonable/affordable.The employees are friendly. Check this OUT...there reception area is huge, neat and VERY CLEAN!

They fixed a leak in my Dodge transmission. If you have on of those 5-speed automatics produced by Mercedes in your Dodge or Chrysler vehicle, ask for Eric. He is an expert at repairing the leak, which is coming from the electrical connector area. The manufacturer used under-sized o-rings for many models. CARS knows how to replace the bad part WITHOUT damaging the PLASTIC valve body. Other repair shops have actually turned this $100 repair into a $500 cost to the owner...because the untrained technician did not follow the TSB and ensure that a calibrated torque wrench is used to tighten the hold-down screw at 22 INCH POUNDS. Just guessing with a simple nutdriver will almost guarantee you will strip out the threads in the PLASTIC VALVE BODY. Do it right...see Billy at CARS. Happy owner, Charles Town, WV
