Recognized for excellence in cost effective machine tool rebuilding across the United States, Canada, Mexico and beyond, the experienced professionals at Precision Scraping & Alignment, Inc. provide complete machining, rescraping and realigning services to meet original manufacturer specifications. To ensure accuracy and alignment, we utilize Keyence and Hamar Laser Systems. These tools enable us to meet tolerances within .0002” over a span of 40 feet or more. The Hamar Laser Alignment System is equipped with a laptop computer that can provide individual job analyses while generating appropriate charts, graphs, etc. Our customers are our number-one priority, and we prove that every day with the precision of our work, the timeliness of our services and the friendly professionalism of our talented craftsmen. Since 1986 – when Precision Scraping & Alignment, Inc. first entered the machine-tool rebuilding business – taking care of our customers has been our primary concern. Today, as many companies are downsizing to maintain profitability, our experienced staff can be called upon to provide important on-site Preventative Maintenance and Repair Services to keep your equipment up and running.
