While at The Simoniz Car Wash & Lube Center on Mason Rd. My wife witnessed your employee reach in the bed of my truck from the Passenger side and remove a steel shepherds hook. He climbed over the side of the truck. After the wash I noticed 2 deep scratches on that side of truck. Tracy the regional manager was there I filled out incident report. He told me to call back and speak to the manager Kevin the following day. I went back and I was told by Kevin that the employee said he removed the item from the drivers side which would be impossible. The item was on the passenger side and bed door locked. Also my wife saw him remove the item from the other side. The employee Lied. Rotten customer service. The employee in question does not speak English so I could not understand him. I have spent 21 years in the military and over 8 years with the county. My integrity is in tact. Your coward managers hide and avoided the situation. Never again. Oh also Tracy where were you the following day when you told me to call? I called then looked everywhere and did not see you anywhere on the property. I learned to lead from the front and listen to the observations of the consumer to better your customer service. Instead I have to pay for repairs you caused. You will never get me, fellow employees or families business ever again.

Terrible experience with the lube center, be aware. These people ore the perfect example of the investigation shows on TV where they quote one price and then give you a much higher price at time to pay.

They do an ok job on the vacuum and wash but will steal things that are put in closed consoles. Will not go back unless i take everything out of console and glove compartment.

I go there every 2 weeks , people is nice , my car is clean , it smells pretty and I got a little stamp book that gave me a free car wash and I always get discounts :) so I do like it . I think people only takes the time to review whenever they had a bad experience so here is the experience of a happy costumer .

I just got my truck wash at this car wash, I got the 29.99 package, the guy talked me into it because I said I wanted a good vacuum and wiping down and wheels, it looks like all they did was run it thru the wash, my truck still needs vacuuming and wiping out. I thought that was awful fast . this is a shame to take the money and do such a poor job. I won't go here again.

I took my car here for a much needed car wash, and decided to pay the extra 25 dollars for a detailed interior clean. (Total of 50 dollars) Upon completion of the wash, the back of my car was not vacuumed, there was still dirt on my doors, they forgot to put the scent I chose in my car, AND to top it all off, they lost my floor mats. I demanded to speak to a manager and he brushed it off like it was no big deal. At least 6 people waiting ahead of me had the same issues. If you want a car wash, I recommend going to HEB to pay for one. Your car will turn out the same. I will never come back here

Poor quality horrible customer service!!!

Have my car wax twice still dont get it done right. Take 10 mins to wax my car. Wax and bird drop still on car when i get home. Cashier threw my money back on the table. I am not coming back and DO NOT RECOMMEND to any of my friends
