      Timberlake Care Center, located in Kansas City, Mo., offers a range of services for the elderly. It offers health care and assists residents with a variety of medical conditions, including diabetes, broken hip, kidney disease, renal disease, cancer, heart disease, cognitive impairments and other ailments. It also provides mobile lab and X-ray services, and residents are offered a handicapped-accessible bus for area hospital or doctor appointments. Nursing care is provided for a variety of medical conditions and individualized care is provided based on the needs of each resident. Resident care needs range from those who need minimal assistance with daily living activities to those with acute health care problems.
