We stored our new RV outside last winter and it had 6" of ice and snow on it. That was not what we wanted. We went to see this underground complex, not knowing if it was what we needed or even wanted On the tour we took, the manager showed us the storage room and explained what our RV was in for if we stored there. The temperature was 65 degrees year round and they parked it for us. The alarm system and price was what finally sold us on this complex. We even got a 2 month discount off the very reasonable price. We feel our RV is a lot safer and better protected from the weather. We take it out mostly on weekends and the staff have it ready for us when we need it. SubTropolis Storage is the place to be and we couldn't be happier.
