Awesome customer service from, I think the assistant manager, Keira Smith. I came in during the Christmas season and although the store was very crowded, she gave me the attention I needed. She helped me with the different items I was looking at and ultimately, I purchased three things. Additionally, it was my first time buying from a pawn shop, so I had huge reservations. But I have to admit, being greeted by Ms. Smith and talking with her, she made my experience great and I will do it again!

If you are interested in a layaway from this place I would say to not do it. I should have read what I signed. If you do not make your payment they not only pull the layaway but they also keep any payments you make. They are a ripoff!

Very interesting store. I looked at diamond rings and bracelets. Right next to the jewelry counter was a lawn mower and a really nice Harley. The salesperson was funny but seemed to know what he was talking about. Overall a nice store, I'll go back.

I was treated well here. The saw 50 or more gold rings I was interested in. The owner told me what it was made of, what it might cost retail, and offered to steam-clean & polish it. It seemed like he was truthful, but I had it checked out by a jeweler the same day anyway. I found it was exactly as described by Jim at Golden Nugget. In a nutshell, I paid $159 for a ring I wanted, it was used. But new it was $550 at the mall jeweler, $375 at another smaller jeweler. So I'm happy, and I believe I got a more than fair deal with these guys..
