I live in Riverpark and I love it. I feel safe and secure.

There are too many noisy inconsiderate neighbors, who bass their music at all hours of the morning and night. The townhouses themselves are not very well maintained right after you move in it starts falling apart. I will say the office staff is very nice, but that's not going to keep me here.

Place is very terrible!!! Old ppl cry about everything one day I was out cleaning my yard with my hood on got a,letter the,nxt day,saying I was causing distractions!!! If you like strict rules,be prepared also you cnt sit n your OWN car after 6../#Worst place to live

It would be a nice place to live if "everyone" complied with the rules and respected other peoples space. If you are in the right area of the complex it is a nice place to live, but if you unfortunate enough to get stuck in one of the not so nice areas then it is miserable some day's.Kids pulling up your flowers, neighbor playing loud music in the parking lot, noisy neighbors, I have many wonderful neighbors but I also have a handful of not so wonderful neighbors who kind of ruin it for me.

You're right, the people make or break the community for better or worse. The soul of our community at Riverpark certainly reflect a change like all neighborhoods in K.C. I wish we were all of the same mind not just friendly, but respectful and comply with the guidelines in our beautiful comminity.If we don't, we'll all lose. Just watch.

Excellent Price for the space. Attractive site. Neighbors are the same mix as any neighborhood in K.C.,adding to the possitive and the negetive of any community.

Lived there for 6 years. Neighbors look out for each other. Monthly carry charge affordable.
