Owner Gerry Glorioso has been running Glorioso Tree Service with pride and excelling in customer service. Work is done in a timely and efficient manner, leaving worksites in better conditions than the way it was found. We have the desire, knowledge, expertise and equipment to offer both residential and commercial property owners all aspects of tree services, maintenance and solutions to difficult tree problems. We work closely with various community groups to further benefit our urban trees, plus ensure we do so in an environmentally conscientious manner. Our proactive approach to tree management planning will ensure the urban forest continues to thrive in our forest city for years to come.

The issue I had with the review written in my December 19th review has been resolved. The company came back and completed the job to my satisfaction.

On November 7th we had Tom Bailey and his crew out to remove a couple of limbs from a tree at the rear of my property that was damaged by a storm. On the day he was out to do the job and prior to the work being completed, he approached my wife for payment and asked that she sign the work order showing the work had been completed. Mr. Bailey indicated he needed to leave for another job but his crew would stay and finish. My wife signed and paid but the job never was completed. Shortly after Mr. Bailey left, so did his crew, leaving a large limb on the ground at my rear fence. I have spoken with Mr. Bailey probably five or six times since about finishing the job. When I first called (the day after the crew was there) he seemed surprised that the job was not done and committed to coming back to finish the work. Based on this commitment, I did not stop payment on my $225 check, which I should have done. I have spoken with Mr. Bailey on a number of occasions since, asking when he wi
