my doctor faxed to this location my prescription twice and it was misplaced both times and I was told they to not have it. Sad way to run such an important business.

I moved my scrips here from another closer CVS location because of their outstanding customer service. Very helpful, courteous, professional pharmacy staff is willing to go the "extra mile". I come by during "rush hour" but seldom have to wait at all. I've been disappointed at two other area CVS locations, but these people do it right.

Could be faster at the Pharmacy, but that seems to be a problem everywhere. Also, their pharmacy requires you to come in the store for immediate drop-offs and pickups, which is not time-friendly, plus you have to pack and unpack the kids and wrangle them during the trip... the "rule" is just not mom-friendly. Aside from that, the manager is hands-on and friendly, helping at the cashiers when necessary. Overall, a very friendly store if you stay away from the pharmacists!
