      Poor Service and mail theft

      This location has the worst customer service. The workers are rude and disconnect you when you call. I've had empty packages delivered numerous times in my mail box. The packages are opened, the item is stolen, then the package is taped back up. I've filed numerous complaints and police reports. This location needs new staff and maybe some customer service training.
