      Joshua A. Broghammer, MD, FACS, is an associate professor of urology at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Born and raised in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Dr. Broghammer earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Iowa. He then completed his urology residency at Wayne State University at Detroit Medical Center in Detroit, Michigan. Prior to joining the faculty at the University of Kansas Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in trauma and genitourinary reconstructive surgery at the University of Washingtonis Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Dr. Broghammer is a member of the American Urological Association (AUA) and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (ACS). He has taken an active role in leaders
