Rented an asphalt roller and the vibratory did not work. When I returned it I was told it was my fault because I did not call and report it because they had the switch disconected for lawn rolling and they could have walked me through the fix. I reserved an asphalt roller, not a lawn roller, and when you have a truck load of hot asphalt to put down you dont have time to make a phone call while it gets cold on you. Then you get an attitude not an apology from every one from the person in the yard to the person at the counter. Hope this helps the next contractor looking to rent from here.
