      Teresa has always been passionate about helping others. Right after high school, she started working as a beside nurse. After deciding that she wanted to care for entire families, she went back to school to get her degree to become a family nurse practitioner. She believes that by helping entire families, not just individuals, she is able to provide the best health results and make a positive impact on community health. When she isn't working, Teresa spends her time cheering on her kids at their sports competitions or crocheting.I enjoy learning about my individual patients and their specific health goals, and then finding ways to incorporate proven medical sciences into their lifestyle to help them reach their goals and live the highest quality life.
