      BE CAREFUL this is the same Hualalai Urgent care that has been terrible for years they changed their name to deceive you, I would never go back, unclean, unprofessional, unfriendly

      Dear Niki, We certainly didn’t intend to mislead anyone. We moved our offices to a larger space next door, and changed our name to make us easier to find online. We have sent post cards to recent patients and announced the name change in the paper to be sure our patients know how to find us. We will have our sign up soon, with the new logo, which is purposely very similar to the old logo. We hope that every patient that walks through our doors is satisfied with the care they receive. We are sorry you were not.

      Having to go to the hospital or urgent care is never a fun experience, especially when you're on vacation and want to be exploring!



      Luckily I went to this Urgent Care when I came down with some interesting flu-like symptoms. The staff, all the way from the receptionist to the doctors were so helpful and nice. They knew I was feeling bad and didn't want to be there, but they did their best to ensure I had the best experience.



      I didn't have to wait long at all to be treated and I felt like I was tended to very professionally. I highly recommend if you're traveling (or living) in the area.

      They always take great care of us at Urgent Care of Kona. We have three generations in my family who count on the doctors and nurses at Urgent Care of Kona.
