Dr Cox is the nicest man and the best dentist. Honest and knows what he is doing. My family drives from Arlington because we trust him. There is never a sticker shock or needless fees or procedures. He has a way he numbs you before work that you will not feel pain. Today I had a tooth that all other dentist in Arlington said there would not be a way to save it but Dr. Cox said he could. It was far back so I wanted to pull it because I just don't really need it.

My root was twisted and did not want to come out. At any point my anesthesia wore off he stopped and added more. I did not feel any pain. At the register I did not feel any pain. Thank you Dr.Cox :) for helping me today :)
