Great, fast, friendly service! Will definitely use again and again! I called at 8:30 on a Saturday morning and he was at my house within 15 minutes of the call, and he had our a/c working like new within the hour!! He also charges the same rate everyday.

Awesome service! Came 10mins after we called at 9pm. Very friendly and fixed our AC so we didn't have to burn up in our house all night. I will use again and highly recommend them!

Returned from out of town on a Friday night around 6:30pm and A/C was out. Called Barts (spoke with Richard). Was very helpful and talked me through some things to check. Was not something simple so he stopped what he was doing and came out. Trouble shooted the complete system and was happy to do so. Figured the problem was compressor and even though couldn't be fixed was great help and schedule for Monday first thing to get new compressor. Was very honest and up front with cost and did everything to save me on price overall. Highly recommend!

They assessed the issue and within 20 minutes of their arrival, they had my A/C up and running!!! They were friendly, supremely efficient and understanding of my dire need for A/C. Stonebridge HVAC in Tyler told me they couldn't fix my problem for 4 days in over 100 degree heat because they didn't have a very common part. I will recommend Bart's to anyone who needs HVAC work!!!! Thank you!
