Before I start on the general comments, I must say that the servers were friendly and fast. Boston Market used to be a family favorite. Recently I got the soup, the broth of which had no chicken flavor hardly at all, and so much diced onion that the broth tasted like onion water. The carrots were also diced into little tiny pieces. Hardly any noodles but at least the chicken in it was tender. I ate the chicken and carrots and threw the broth away. What a shame. They eliminated the green beans from the menu and that was my favorite side item. Also the stuffing and squash dressing are now just considered holiday items. The only veggies now are the creamed spinach (which never seems to be available), broccoli with carrots, corn and sweet potatoes with way too much marshmallow topping on it. Mashed potatoes and dill potatoes still good. Dinner rolls as an option to corn bread is no longer available, they just have ciabatta sandwich bread to offer as an alternative, and they charge extra for it. Desserts remain awesome. They are also now using the smallest chickens I’ve ever seen. A quarter dark chicken meal there (as compared to portion sizes at local competition of Pollo Tropical and C R Chicks) looks very tiny and is not enough for an adult to call a meal. The last two times I was there they were missing a very important if not essential item to a place that sells not only chicken but turkey - it was out of GRAVY! At noon! Haven’t seen a pot pie in ages there. I hope that they are in top form when and if they bring out the prime rib dinners when the holidays approach. It would be a shame to see my former family favorite local eat in/take out place go completely under due to the above issues. We’ve already lost the best Italian place in the area. Come back original awesome Boston Market. We miss you.

the chicken soup was tastless and the brisket sandwich was bland with no tast at all . was unhappy . very disapointed in service also had to wait a long time for soup . while i was there another customer brought back a large bag of food and was also very unhappy . i am to far away to take mine back . mack and cheese and sweet potatoes were good .
