I had vehicle in to be repaired & they did fix what i took it in for. BUT they broke the blinker switch. I took it back they said it was fixed. Then a couple days later it wouldn't work correctly again. I took it back now they say i need a part & it will cost me labor. This was NOT a problem till they worked on it. NOT RIGHT!!!

Five stars!! I always recommend Dick Edwards for both sales and service. Everyone is friendly, quick to help and very reasonably priced. I have leased and bought a number of vehicles from this dealership and have always been very happy.

A great bunch of guys and gals, Dick Edwards is really a wonderful place to do business. Everyone took great care of us and made sure we got a great deal on our new Ford. With such great customer service and prices I will not buy a vehicle from any other dealership please keep up the great work.

I was very pleased with Rod's generosity in lending me one of his personal items which he had in the Demo pickup I bought, (a rubber bed mat), and also throwing in a receiver hitch to make my New Pickup ready for use the next morning. I do feel that Dick Edwards Auto Plaza does a better than most job in making the purchase quick and easy.

A big five stars!! The staff was very helpful. They created a friendly atmosphere, and were quick with answers to any of our questions. When it came down to the price they really did work with us to keep it within our price range, thanks again with love our new car.

Wanted a certain color with the options we wanted on it. Cliff and Mr. Pratt found the perfect one and we love it. We also had a cargo net installed in hte trunk adn are very happy with the body shop and the work they did installing it.
