There are two ladies that work in the Innovative Weight Loss Solutions office and the manager of the office is who you deal with, needless to say I have had many bad encounters with this business. They handle the insurance forms to get you approved for weight loss surgeries, yet I was verbally harrassed several times by this business and had to contact thier supervisor several times to make complaints about the unkindly treatment and rudeness of this particular facility. Again, very unwelcoming and a waste of your time and effort, advice...find another business where you are not treated in such a bad way.
