TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I went in to mail some time sensitive material. I gave the gentleman behind the counter specific instructions on the return label and he failed to follow them resulting in my item being returned by USPS. This resulted in a long delay on my item. I went in to complain and was told by a different gentleman that it was my fault and they were not returning my money because they do not do return items the way I asked. I was told this was not a problem when I mailed it. After some back and forth he offered half my money back which I said was unacceptable. At this point I asked for a manger because this gentleman clearly had no idea what customer service was, and he informed me he was in fact the owner (I was shocked at his lack of empathy and terrible manners when I found this out). If you hire someone to do a job and they only do half of it and don’t care that they don’t finish they shouldn’t be paid in my opinion, especially if it’s a time sensitive job and they do not meet the deadline. I told him I would be writing negative reviews on every website I could find and that when he got extremely rude and said he was going to refund the whole amount. He said he was upset that I was complaining when he had other customers in the store. I said no I would rather write about the poor service and experience he provided, and he could keep the money if he needed it that badly.
