Rich O. was my Estimator. He did not do what he said he would do (check damage to alignment), and even admitted to me that he forgot our entire conversation the day I first met with him. I believe Rich is so busy trying to scam people and insurance companies, that he doesn't remember what he told who. He also lied to my husbands face, saying our insurance company only came out once and issued him one check, when they came out twice.I will never go back or recommend this company. My car was there for 3 weeks and they never called me ONCE to keep me updated or even tell me my car was done. I am beyond disappointed.
