The hall s senior center offers lunches, exercise and craft classes, massages, health care counseling and tax preparation services, as well as organizes field trips, gambling excursions and musical programs for senior citizens. Johnstown Town Hall s wastewater department is responsible for treating wastewater to meet state and federal standards. It maintains a fire department that works to prevent, control and limit damages by fire. Additionally, the hall houses town clerk s office that conducts municipal elections, maintains town records, issues licenses and administers utility billing services.
