I had my car towed to Carrara's on Mon.July 25th 2016 after my car stalled on Atwood Ave. in Johnston.I received a call from the owner David Carrara on Mon.July 26th 2016 "wanting to know why my 1988 Subaru was towed there!"I explained there was steam coming out of the engine and my car stalled. So I get a phone call from him two hours later claiming "he was afraid to check under the car because there was body rot underneath it and that the bottom of the car might fall on top of him!"Even though I brought my car to have body work done a short time ago.David Carrara also told me that "I should buy a new car" after I explained to him that my car had a rebuilt engine in 2010 and only had 75,700 miles on it which is excellent for a 28 year old car. When I went to have my car towed on Wed.July 27th 2016 I told David Carrara I needed my car car to give to the tow truck driver who was on his way he refused saying "he didn't know who I was" even though I showed him my driver's license.I became upset after he turned down my request for my car key when the tow truck driver arrived. He then tried to justify his actions to the tow truck driver after handing him my car key saying "I was giving him a hard time."Even though it wasn't until the 2nd time I became upset at not receiving my car key and stated "in his experience he would suggest I buy a new car" even though he knew my car has a rebuilt engine and only 75,700 miles.I wouldn't send anyone I know with car trouble there!!! I'm generous giving 1 star!!!

I had my 1988 Subaru GL towed into Carrara's Auto Clinic on July 25th 2016 for repairs and when I called the next day July 26th 2016 the owner David Carrara told me "he wasn't going to inspect under my car because there was some body rot under my car and said he was afraid that the bottom of the car would fall on him."Despite the fact I had body work done on my car a short time ago.He also said"I should get rid of my car" even though I told him my car had a rebuilt engine in 2010 and only 75,700 miles on it When I went to have my car towed to another auto body shop I asked David Carrara for my key so I could give it to the tow truck driver and he said he'll wait and give it to the tow truck driver himself. The second time I asked for the key when the tow truck driver had arrived so I could give it to him David Carrara said"I don't know you"Even though I showed him my driver's license.I found his behavior to be extremely rude and distrusting of me and made me feel inferior and disrespected.I wouldn't send anyone I know there.
