NEVER, NEVER use this company!  If I could have given this company less than 1 star for customer satisfaction, I would have done so.  In the process of cleaning my home on June 16, an Aladdin lamp shade was broken by the cleaner, who assured me it would be replaced by her employer, Maids Extraordinaire (ME).   I called the Office Mgr the following day to determine the course of action and was told they would be searching for a shade to replace the one that had been broken.   After hearing nothing from ME, I called again one month later to determine progress only to be told by the Office Mgr that the broken shade would NOT be replaced.  I voiced my dissatisfaction and  asked to speak with the Owner and was told he/she would call me back.   As of Oct 4, with MANY, MANY follow ups and requests for a phone call on my part, the Owner still had not contacted me.  FINALLY after almost 3 months and several more attempts to speak to the Owner, she (Jennifer) returned my call.  She would not budge from her position that I would not be compensated for my $150 lamp shade, in spite of the fact their company is insured and bonded, that 3 of her personnel indicated to me that the shade would be replaced, and that on the initial visit for an estimate, the Account Exec (Tom Breen) said nothing about this "broken goods policy" but only that they were insured and bonded and a long-standing reputable company.  This is not "striving to earn and sustain a long-term relationship with our customers by providing positive cleaning experiences" as stated on ME's website.

I have had a terrible experience with Maids Extraordinaire. I heard about them on a Christian radio station and got them to clean my house for her birthday. To make a long story short, we had $300 stolen (and we paid them another $144 for the cleaning which was sub par). I have contacted them and told them about the incident but they refuse to pay us back unless the girl (there were 2 at our house) is identified, arrested, and charged by police. We filled the police report and the investigating officer's final words to us are that he believes he knows which girl stool our money, but that he can't arrest her because she won't cooperate or come in for questioning (I know.. seems like they should just be able to arrest her..). After 6 months, Maids Extraordinaire still have not paid us back, and is showing no signs that they plan to. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Please don't use them and if you do, lock up all your valuables!!

They have been cleaning my house for over a year and they have done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.
