      LocatingLet us locate your next tenant. We use over 20 popular websites, including the Tulsa area "Multi-List System" (MLS) to ensure enhanced exposure of your home. We will screen applicants and submit for your approval. After approval is granted, we will draw up the Real Estate Lease for your signature. Locating is great for individuals who want to manage their own home but need assistance in locating a quality applicant or who want a faster return on their investment. Property ManagementWe locate your tenant, collect monthly rent, provide services for needed repairs and/or maintenance, and give you a monthly statement with your net rent check. An detailed annual expense report and summary is also generated yearly for you and/or your accountant. We also offer a direct deposit option for your monthly net rent to be deposited directly to your bank account. In the case of past due rent, we also handle evictions.
