Took my mother to an appointment with Dr. Ansert. We were 20 minutes early but waited an hour and ten minutes PAST the appointment time to go to a waiting room, then more than 20 additional minutes to see the doctor, who proceeded to spend less than 10 minutes with her. One of his office staff said he comes in late every day which puts him behind, and another woman on his staff added that he also triple books in case of cancellations. I was also able to hear him in the hallway outside the exam room badmouthing the patient he saw before us after she left. My mom says he is an excellent doctor, but I am a nurse and cannot get past the disrespect he shows his patients. I am encouraging her to change podiatrists immediately.
