This was absolutely the worst service that I've ever had from an alterations place. She said she was never around to answer calls or be there during business hours because she got in a wreck and was out. I dropped off two pants one needing one and a half inches taken off and the other to be patched (very basic things). It took her two and a half weeks before hearing anything from her. We later went and picked up the pants without having them done at all. We needed the pants for work. She then sat and criticized the cushion that we brought to her for repair because the dog tore the end of the corner of it. All she did was complain about the smell, yet she didn't do her job. There was no courtesy call about our stuff that had not been done. I could have taken this to any other dry cleaning place, and they would have had it back within 3 or 4 days. She was rude with excuses and had no respect for her business. She was never around to pick up phone calls after calling time and time again.
