0We bought an engagement ring here this winter and the quality and price were very good compared to Birmingham. We got a rating higher on the scale for less money than anywhere else we checked. Chad gave us his full attention and was very helpful. Our only hitch was getting the ordered ring here as quickly as we were told, although I am not sure it was Southern's fault, thus we didn't give a full 5 stars.
