Located in Jamestown, N.Y., Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing is a 149-bed facility that provides long-term health care and rehabilitative services. It has a team of licensed nurses, social workers, dieticians, and physical, occupational and speech therapists. The center is owned and operated by The Heritage Group, which is a nonprofit organization that manages human service ministries in Chautauqua County, N.Y. Established in 1886, The Heritage Group serves more than 600 residents and children. It has affiliations with the Association of Human Service Ministries, New York Association of Homes & Services for the Aging, American Association of Homes & Services for the Aging s Quality First Initiative program and Christian Stewardship Association. Heritage Park Rehab & Skilled Nursing organizes several recreational activities, including birthday and holiday parties, bowling, dancing and card games.
