I love this shop, they are kind and honest people who do whatever they can for their customers. They work with you to fit your budget and do an exceptional job. I do not take my car anywhere else for service, have been a customer there for 9 years and have never been dissapointed! the employese there are the best they make sure my car is safe for me and my family.

My Husband brought our car to get a quote for changing the oil, changing the front wind shield that was cracked, and get quote for anything that needs to be fixed in order for the car to get thought the NY state inspection Mr. Sudsh told my husband that changing the front wind shield would cost $160.00 and that the inspection would cost $60.00 including the oil change, my husband told him to go ahead with changing the wind shield when exchange the oil and check what else is needed to be fixed in the car in order for it to go through inspection. he also told my husband from first look at his "computer" that the sensor needs to be changed and thats all. today we received a call telling us that the front wind shield is ready and that the price is now $240.00 and he wanted to charge us couple of thousand of dollars for changing different things in the engine, I would take his word for all of but the only thing Mr. Sudsh did not know is that he is the second shop examining the car and the other shop is closer to our previous home which we had great experience with gave us a quote for what's need to be changed and it is much less expensive and different than what his result came out.well it just shows how "the ordinary person" is getting Screwed when we do not know about a certain field. it is always good to shop around. I fought with Mr. Sudsh and he decided to reduce the front wind shield price back to $160.00 as he originally advised my husband but decided to charge us $69.95 for his examination and $19.95 for the oil change. plus taxes of course. well the poor customer service and the lake of professionalism through me out the window I would like everyone to be careful of dealing with this un-reliable car shop.
