social workers never call back I been calling them and living them a messeges they just don't call back and with out any reson they close my case I have 4 kids they just don't care.

I was very pleased with my visit today to apply for snap.The snap office was very well run..This is the first time I have ever needed help..I am a senior and have worked since I was twelve and do not have an entitled attitude..I am grateful for themuch needed help ...all people working there were courteus and helpful...I was in and out in an hour...kudos to the snap jamaica staff...
