I would not choose the florist. I don't know who I spoke with over the phone but who ever she is, she is rude. She answers the phone chomping on gum or food. She was sarcastic when I asked her if it was too late to deliver there. When she asked where, I said Jacksonville...since I don't live there and the number was given to me by TeleFlora, I had no idea what the layout of the town and didn't know she was in Jacksonville. Her response was sarcastic and she ended up not being able to help anyway. I just said thank you and hung up. Then she tried calling my phone number back using her cell phone!! Their customer service is non existent!

They took their time with to make sure i was ordering what i wanted to send my sister. Plus, the delivery person would not accept a tip....just providing a super service..
