The gun range is OK not top notch but seeing as it is the only indoor range in Jacksonville its better than nothing. I cant review the paintball field since I don't play paintball. The gun store portion is stocked OK but the prices are on the high side. Many would say in these times of panic buying its just supply and demand in action and I would agree if it weren't for there "No prices can be given over the phone." policy when I asked about there price on Glock handguns. When asked why all they would say was "That's just are new policy sir." . I'm sorry that to me smacks of price gouging in the making. Not giving a price to a potential customer over the phone so you can set a price when they get there and gouge them for as much as you can get when they do is just plane wrong no matter what the the supply is. Also they are supposed to be an official Glock dealer I wonder what Glock would think of this "policy" and how it reflects on them? I encourage others to follow my lead and vote with your wallet and don't purchase guns from them as long as this "policy" is in effect. The range or paintball yes the prices are set and readily available and reasonable but guns are a big no go. I will say that the owner and staff are very friendly, polite and informative and I was very impressed with there customer service but getting ripped off by someone with a smile or with a frown doesn't matter your still getting ripped off. I would have given four stars if it weren't for this "No prices over the phone." policy. I will remove this review if and when this policy is reversed.

I found this place by accident and how grateful I am. The people that works there are very friendly and they make you feel very appreciate it. I came in for a second time to use the facilities and as I was looking at their products. As I was talking to the owner and the clerk, I realized that I had no cash on me for a small purchase but I did not wanted to buy anything else expensive. The owner looked at me and made me a deal I could not refuse on an upgrade for one of my paintball guns which allowed me to use the card and I gaied a discount with it. Great personalize service. Will continue to use their services at least on a weekly basis.
