I asked them to stretch out the calves on some boots I bought that zipped up tight but I specifically asked them to not stretch out the ankle and when I got them back there was a sticky note that said to stretch out the ankle but when I put them on it was as if it was only done on one shoe not the other. I think they stretched out the calves because they are ever so slightly more comfortable which is what I wanted. I'm not too mad but the ankles were already loose. They must have had bad communication somewhere or the lady I explained things to was not really listening. The people are cool but you pay upfront which I don't like and I didn't get the feeling like they are good at altering feminine shoes, I will take my business elsewhere next time. I'm not going to call them and ask about stretching the ankles, it will just sound accusing if they're even honest about stretching them and they have a sign that says stretch at your own risk.

Always friendly and willing to try something different, they even fixed my saddle!

Made my old shoes as good as new for 1/4th the price of buying new if I could even find new ones. Will use again for all my shoe repair needs.
